Hotel Lobby is an independent, self-funded tool built around one format: the hotel-lobby duet. We turn two authorized photos into a short, cinematic, beat-synced video — no filming, no crew, no hotel booking required.
What we make
Duo-template videos
Two performers from your photos, animated inside original hotel-lobby scenes — verse trades, mic handoffs, back-to-back spins and pet duets.
Original scenes & soundtracks
Every lobby scene is designed in-house with its own lighting, mood and music, so your video is an original piece — not a re-edit of someone else's footage.
A finished 15-second MP4
16:9, music baked in, ready to post. Draft at 480p to iterate cheaply, then export the final at 720p or 1080p.
What we deliberately are not
Not a hotel service
We have no relationship with any hotel or hospitality brand. The lobby is a cinematic stage for the format, nothing more.
Not a face-swap filter
We never paste faces into existing footage. Each scene, camera angle and movement is generated around your two photos from scratch.
Not an exact-likeness promise
The result is the model's interpretation of your photos — expressive and consistent, but never a guarantee of pixel-perfect identity.
How we work
We are a small, independent team. We design the scenes, write the performance templates, and maintain the help content and this blog ourselves — every guide is written and reviewed by a person, not spun up by AI.
Your photos are used only to generate your video. They are sent to third-party AI providers under API terms that prohibit training on customer content, and you can delete your account data — including uploads — at any time.
