Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using this service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Description of Service

We provide a software-as-a-service platform that turns two authorized photos you upload into a short, cinematic hotel-lobby duet video. Every video is re-rendered from scratch by generative AI video models based on your photos and the scene template you select. We do not paste faces into existing footage or manipulate pre-existing videos — each scene, camera angle and movement is newly generated. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with reasonable notice where possible.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.

Content Standards and Prohibited Categories

You may only upload photos you own or are explicitly authorized to use (including the permission of every person depicted). You must not create, upload, or attempt to generate content in any of the following categories:

• Sexual or NSFW content — nudity, sexual acts, or sexually suggestive depictions of real people.
• Violence and gore — graphic violence, gore, torture, or cruelty toward people or animals.
• Hate speech and harassment — content that demeans, threatens, or incites violence against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics.
• Child safety — any content that sexualizes, exploits, or otherwise endangers minors. This is a zero-tolerance category.
• Deepfakes and impersonation — depictions of real people without their consent, impersonation of public figures, or any content intended to misrepresent someone's identity or statements.
• Copyright and trademark infringement — uploading photos you do not own or have no rights to, or generating content that infringes third-party intellectual property.

Uploading illegal content, or attempting to bypass our safety systems, is prohibited under all circumstances.

How We Moderate Content

• Automated pre-generation review. Every prompt and uploaded image is screened by automated safety classifiers before a generation task is created. Requests that violate the prohibited categories above are rejected before generation, and any reserved credits are returned in full.
• Post-generation review. We review reported content within 24–48 hours and remove content that violates these terms.
• Audit logging. Generation tasks are logged with their model, status and outcome so that we can investigate abuse reports and improve our safety filters.

Enforcement

Violations of these terms may result in one or more of the following, depending on severity and repetition:

• Rejection of the offending generation request and removal of the resulting content.
• A written warning to your account.
• Temporary suspension of your account.
• Permanent termination of your account without refund of unused credits.

Content that sexualizes or exploits minors, or that is otherwise illegal, results in immediate account termination and may be reported to the relevant authorities. We may also cooperate with law enforcement where legally required.

Reporting Violations

If you find generated content on our platform that violates these terms, report it to support@hotellobbyapp.com with a link to the content and a short description of the issue. We review every report within 48 hours and keep reporter information confidential.

AI Models and Technology Disclosure

Videos are re-rendered by third-party generative AI video models that we access through an aggregated AI model gateway under API terms that prohibit providers from training on our customers' content. Depending on the template and settings you choose, your video may be generated by one of the following industry-standard models:

• ByteDance Seedance 2.5
• MiniMax H3
• Alibaba Wan 3.0

Payment and Billing

Credit packs are one-time purchases: you pay once per pack, and we never charge you again unless you explicitly buy another pack. There are no subscriptions and no automatic renewals. Purchased credits never expire. You are responsible for providing accurate billing information. Cash refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis in line with our refund policy. Failed or blocked generations return all reserved credits automatically.

Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain rights to the photos you upload; you grant us only the limited right to process them to provide the service to you. Generated videos may be used by you for personal and commercial purposes, subject to these terms and to the rules of any platform where you publish them.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time if you violate these terms. You may close your account at any time through your account settings.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the service.

Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, sending a notice through the service.
